Enterprise Architecture

Diversus have a team of highly skilled specialists that are very experienced in the planning, design, delivery and governance of Enterprise Architecture. Diversus have delivered a number of complex technical designs for the implementation of medium to large scale systems.

There are many frameworks, models and processes described in the literature covering the structure, properties and development processes required for an Enterprise Architecture. They have many similar aspects and it is possible to take appropriate parts from each of them to formulate a viable approach for your organisation. In general, we prescribe to the concepts, approach and terminology of the Australian Government Architecture (AGA), the widely known TOGAF framework by the Open Group, and the Zachman Framework.
